Before I started running with Alex, I couldn’t run a few meters without running out of breath.
I loved running although I had not run in years and was not self motivated and was physically inactive. I started running with Alex and started building up my stamina. Alex trained me with a good plan to ensure that I ease into running without injuries.
Alex is very positive and motivating and very flexible in accommodating our schedule. Rain or shine, Alex is always ready to train and run. He genuinely likes coaching and has taken great pride in the progress that I made. Now I can run a 5k easily and have developed enough confidence and stamina to run on my own. I mostly love running solo and it has definitely helped me improve my health and well being.
Alex is a genuine person and a wonderful coach. He is very easy going and a pleasure to work with. I truly recommend him to improve your running or just to get started into running, like I did.
